The 2009 and prior years taxes will be paid in full by the sellers. 2010 Taxes
will be prorated to date of closing. All subsequent years taxes will be the
responsibility of the buyer. Seller shall convey to buyer all land owners share
of the FSA payments that may be payable from the date of this sale. 2009 taxes
